3M 02096 Trizact Hookit 5″ P3000 Grit Foam Disc helps to refine P1200-P1500 grade sand scratches during the paint finishing process. Also used in spot repair to remove P1200-P1500 scratches prior to using rubbing compound. Suggested backup pad PN20206 with soft interface pad PN20278. Can be used with the Random Oribtal Sanders. Its patterned, precise mineral structures give Trizact abrasives the combination of a fast cut and a consistent finish each and every time. Use P1000 foam blending disks for blending disks for scuff sanding prior to painting. Use P1500 clear cut sanding discs when leveling dust nibs and the sanding of mismatched orange peel.
